How much is shipping?

Standard domestic shipping is $9.90 per order.

Express domestic shipping can be selected at Checkout for $14.

Standard international shipping to New Zealand is $16.00 per order.

How long does shipping take?

We choose Australia Post to deliver your parcel. They provide the following estimates for delivery times:

  • Standard domestic shipping - 2-6 business days;
  • Express domestic shipping- 1-3 business days .

When will you dispatch my order?

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer domestic shipping within Australia and international shipping to New Zealand.

However, we are always happy to look into shipping to other countries in individual cases. Please contact us if there is a pair that you can't live without.

We're actively exploring options to expand our reach in the future and are excited about the possibility of serving customers worldwide soon!

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

We understand that you want your earrings to not only look
fantastic but also feel great to wear. That's why all of our earrings use high quality 316L surgical stainless steel ear hooks and 304 Stainless Steel jump rings. Our funky range is also designed to be lightweight and comfortable, making them ideal for all-day wear.

Where are your earrings made?

Each pair of our earrings is designed and hand-made in
Brisbane, Australia. Every hole is carefully drilled and where two bricks meet, each piece is discreetly glued to resist breakages. Take comfort in knowing that your earrings have been loved at every stage of their creation.

How should I care for my earrings?

To ensure your earrings live a long and healthy life, it’s best to avoid contact with water, moisturisers, make-up and perfumes.  Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth when needed will keep your earrings looking as funky as ever. And like any build, don’t throw them at the walls or other hard surfaces.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes. When faced with the delightful dilemma of choosing from
our myriad of funky designs, ponder no more. Opt for a gift voucher, the ideal solution when you just can’t decide. Our vouchers start at a mere $20!

Can I purchase your earrings as a gift?

Of course! Our earrings are perfect for occasions like
birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, or simply to show someone you care.

Feel free to specify any personalised message in the comments section when placing your order, and we'll include a handwritten note for that extra special touch.

Can I request a custom design?

We're all ears for your creative ideas! If you've got a dream design in mind, fancy a pair in a different colour or would like a special creation for a special event, spill the beans. Just shoot us an email to info@blockyourears.com.au with all the details. We’re always up for a challenge and will do our best to work with you to create something truly awesome.

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if you have any questions, your order has arrived damaged, or you are unhappy with your earrings, please contact us at info@blockyourears.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your items so we can assist you.

What steps are you taking to reduce your environmental impact and promote sustainability in your earrings?

At Block Your Ears, we are passionate about combining creativity with sustainability. Where possible, our earrings are crafted from up-cycled LEGO bricks, ensuring that every colourful piece is a step towards a greener future. In cases where general play results in scratches, such as tile pieces, we purchase new bricks from small businesses throughout Australia.

We also prioritize eco-friendly packaging and minimize waste throughout our production process. We use compostable mailing bags made from 100% biodegradable and plant-based material. These bags are not only sustainable but also safe for the environment. Pop them in your compost and they will break down naturally, leaving no harmful residue behind. 

Our shipping boxes are made of 100% recycled kraft cardboard, meaning they can be easily recycled or composted after use, and our tissue paper is recyclable and eco-friendly. By choosing our earrings, you're contributing to a more sustainable planet, one block at a time.

How can I be sure of the colour of my earrings?

When it comes to
colours, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see on a screen via our website may not always be an exact match to those in real-life. But here's the exciting twist! Our funky earrings are made from genuine Lego bricks, so if you're curious about the specific colours we've used, don't hesitate to drop us a line at info@blockyourears.com.au
